LaPavoni’s  Bar Star series features a digital microprocessor control pad with programmable dosing that offers four cup size choices as well as continuous brewing and a stop button. Its hot water jet is push button controlled along with an automatic release;

The LaPavoni Bar Star three group Commercial Espresso Machine “Volumetric Dosing”  has a built in electrical cup warmer and a high quality press forged nickel brass brew group with a vertical infusion chamber and the additional benefits of a pressurization system. Another added benefit is its  four position energy saving power switch: This switch allows for powering down the unit thus electrical consumption is reduced by 33% during off peak hours, while remaining ready in stand-by mode for a quick start-up.
